How to stop calls from 321-621-2545 / 3216212545? 5/8

Free trip to Disneyland. I have not picked up phone so beginning of message is not recorded as it starts playing when my voicemail message starts. States I have won free trip to Disneyland, press 1 to accept, 2 to be removed from list. If you call number back call does not go through. I am called daily by this number, and have received calls for over a week now, sometimes several times a day.

Special travel offer(s)(with a code number provided. This call mentioned a Disney location and something about Cancun. At that point I hung up. This is not the first time that I have received this same kind of recorded message from this same number, but I have not attempted to call the number back to ask to be removed from the calling list because I do not wish to be in the position of having initiated contact with the company/individual making the call.
