I too have been receiving these calls, No company name just shouting voice very demanding and trying to be very threatening and intimidating. First it was a Desire calling from accounts receivables, then a guy- TJ Bulter again from the offices of accounts receivables Demanding a return call with a file number, never says a company, what amount. I have blocked every number they call on an still get though, how is that possible? Here are all the #s they have called from:132-17103537,131-768-96686, 132-171-3530, this one being the call back number.

rude woman keeps calling my number for the wrong person. I told her this was a new cell number and I am not the person she is looking for. she became rude and yelled at me that she knew I was who she was looking for and was not calling from a cell number. I finally had to hang up on her bc I couldn't get a word in edgewise. my cell plan is a pay as you go plan and shes calling me 3x a day leaving nasty messages for someone I don't even know.

This is a debt collection agency that will harass you ever day and will be very rude about it. Pretty sure they violate the debt collection practice law.

Time Warner cable I think. Very harassing. Calls at all hours. Changes phone numbers.
