Payday Loans said that my loan was approved and continued with some babble so I hung up, took the battery out of my phone and rebooted it.

I am in the Do Not Call Registry so I don't know how they got my number however I have been getting calls from someone yearly demanding that I give them the phone number of someone I used to know and I was in violation of federal law if I didn't.

I believe it was also from Payday Loans. These are becoming very upsetting to me.
