Hang up. Number is not real. Seems someone is presenting this on our caller ID because they don't want us to have their real number. Which means this is a scam. A thief. A low life.
Can't file a complaint since not only is the number nonexistant, but likely the company is. However anyone who lets them have access to their account will find that the loss of money will be very real.
I have seen this with fake IRS agents threatening arrest if they can't have access to your debit card. IRS agents don't call you for money... they write you, they give you legitamite numbers.
I have seen this with fake warrant officers claiming you can avoid going to court on an issue in another state if you only let them have your debit card. No amount of money can stop a court action, you have to go to the courthouse or contact the courthouse directly. A court officer will never call you let alone threaten to drag you into court.
Yes, it's probably overseas, so no chance you can ever have them arrested. It is a huge industry, and Americans are considered fair game as one Indian man told me because we believe in divorce and his country doesn't! That's coming from the home town of Ghandi! Just hang up, ignore, etc.
More crap from this caller 321-859-6458 -FL, USA on caller ID
Timeshare/Vacation telemarketers. These calls never stop. Complaints to the Do Not Call List/FCC/FTC do not good at all.
I note a complaint about this. How is a robo call about a vacation program not considered spam by this call blocking program?
