This guy named Craig Miller with a heavy indian accent called me at my work place saying that I owed something and for me to call the attorney generals office before the end of the day. Instantly, I felt the need to look this up as it sounds very suspicious.

Caller says he is KEVIN SMITH with heavy Indian accent. Saying he is with US LAW and that I have committed a federal crime and legal action will be taken against me. He repeats my SSN over the voicemail! He has repeatedly called my cell and called my job and been very rude to coworkers taking messages.

I have been on and off the phone with this business, my bank, and the state police. The police officer that I am dealing with just called the number, he said that it is a landline in Califonia and he really did not get anywhere with them. It is a scam. These people told me that they were going to suspend my drivers licence, put my social on a black list and take law action against me. They also said someone from their investigation team was coming to my home in two hours. They wouldn't tell me how much money i "owed" or even what the call was refering to. I have never takin a loan out but they are saying that I did. I could hear a lot of background noise and I asked to speak with managment and they told me NO.. they didn't tell me.. they screamed it. He had a very heavy accent and I could barely understand what he was trying to say to me.

I received several calls from this phone number as well but I didn't answer the phone but the person does have foreign accent.

call stating they r from state attorney generals office. saying i owe money on a loan. do not have a loan at all!

This "business" continuously calls my work phone number (foreign men) asking for me. They have been told numerous times not to call my work number and to put it on their DO NOT CALL LIST. I have spoken to a supervisor named Alex Johnson (highly doubt thats his real name) and was assured I wouldn't get anymore calls. Today someone called again, I asked to speak to Alex and he is "on vacation". This mans preceded to tell me that I had received a $3000 loan off the internet. I told him I did not such thing. He then repeated an address that I lived at for 6 days - He then said he was going to send an investigation team to that address. I have also been told that they were going to "black list" my social security number and that they were going to file a law suit against me. I hope they are reading this, I have turned their phone number and the caller id report from our phone system at work over to the local police investigation team for fraudulant soliciting. I was informed by them that this is part of an ongoing investigation against this string of phone numbers with the same type of phone conversations.

Male person with foreign born accent stated that there was a $10,000 law suit againt my social security number; also stated my home address, one of several email addresses, my driver's license #, my place of employment, and my banking information. Stated that if I did not return his phone call, he would blacklist my name. There was a lot of background noise. I did record the entire conversation. This person also is using an area code of 202 to leave messages on my cell phone.

i've been getting these calls at work, which they're not suppose to in the first place and also on my cellphone. very heavy foreign accent with american names, alot of background noise and they sound like they're reading from a script. the receptionist calls me to let me know, but i've spoken to HR and he told me just to transfer the call to him. it is embarassing, but i've been at this job for many years, so i have the company's support.
