I receveid a phone call from this "law office" Eisenburg & Associates with a case number regarding a credit card account that was opened up in my name from Premier bank, which I had never had. I told the caller I never opened such an account and I check my credit reports very often and nothing regarding an account like that was showing up. The caller then started to get really rude with me and said that sometimes they don't report delinquent accounts to credit bureaus. The caller told me that I owed $500 in that account and asked me if I wanted to settle and if not I would have a civil law suit against me to attempt to collect the money. That's when I said: How is this even possible if doesn't even show such an account on my credit report? The caller said he wouldn't discuss any more details with me and hang up the phone. Very rude! After the phone call I immediately called Premier Bank for more information about this alleged account and they said they didn't have any accounts in my name. That usually delinquent accounts go to collection agencies. I mentioned the law firm and they said they never worked with such an agency...
