stated they were calling from "your bank" with a returned check issue, to press 1 for more info--when 1 is pressed, it disconnects--it's definitely spam, doing some fishing for bank info--beware!
I got a call have been calling like crazy now this is a totally different number I reported this company to the Atty. Generals office and filed a complaint

just received the same call. I got 3 last week from another scammer in alabama. its garbage, and we need some institution that prosecutes these bums.
Scam about bounced checks and collecting a debt. They put people in jail for check fraud, not call you after 20 years from a bank that's been closed since 2006. SCAMMERS. Reporting to the Federal Trade Commission as well
I just received a call from this same number about a returned check, only problem is I haven't owned a checkbook or checks for that matter in over 12 years.
They also said that if I didn't take care of it immediately it would be processed as an income deduction within 24 hours. I disconnected the call.
