These guys are scammers, who don't know the law, tried to tell me that First Premiere Bank was suing me, for, over $1,200. One I paid it, and 2. This alleged debt was paid, and the statute of limitations ran out years ago. Guy calls himself Mike, and the number he calls from is a cell phones!

Received a call from a private number, requesting I call the above number, in two hours or else! No name, but she is female. The femalealso stated that legal papers which had allegedly been refused on delivery and that I needed to contact them to arrange delivery as a credit card, which I paid off back in 2007, was suing me! First of they wanted my whole SSN, which I gave a fake one to then they went into this big spiel about how somebody refused to sign for legal documents and to arrange delivery! I told Mike I've lived at the same address for over 18 years, and nobody has showed up to serve me papers. Also that I had been home bound for the last 2 years, and still nobody had come to my door serving papers. So I told Mike he was full of SHIT and hung up. Surprise, Surprise, Surprise, it's been over three hours since I called them and hanged up a minute into my conversation with them, and they haven't called back or called anyone in my family. Obviously it's a SCAM!!!!!
