Yet another (3rd) unwanted call arrived from this Los Angeles VOIP number, just 3 weeks since the last unwanted call on June 12. Once again, when the answering machine picked up, there was dead silence -- a strong sign of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who shamelessly prey on the public.
The predator has been flagged as a scam contractor (probably unlicensed) -- possibly the same one that phones from (323) 284-5346. The website www.whitepages.com describes both numbers as "scam or fraud." Case closed!
