They are Convergent Third Party Collections (formerly ER Solutions, Inc.) looking to collect on old out of statute debts. Most times when they call it's dead air, but sometimes it will play a message to call them back. Calls every day, sometimes twice a day. Nuisance calls that do not stop and do not pertain to me as I am retired and debt free.
