He called, threatening messages. Knows my social security number, address and all! Saying I have a cash advance loan, they're suing me.. I called cash advance and complained and all. I'm calling another source too. He calls 3+ times a day
YEA I GOT THIS SAME CALL 3X TODAY AT 9:30 SOMETHING ON THIS FRIDAY JUNE 22, 2012. TELLING ME I HAVE A LOAN THAT THEY HAVE A LAWSUIT AGAINST ME I START SCREAMING THRU THE PHONE HOW THEY HARASS ME ALL THIS WEEK ABOUT A PAYDAY ALONE THAT I NEVER RECEIVE. I TOLD THEM ITS SAD HOW SOMEONE CAN APPLY ONLINE FOR COLLEGE CLASSES, BABY ITEMS, OR JOB SEARCHING BUT INSTEAD A PAYDAY LOAN SCAM HAVE ALL YOUR INFORMATION LIKE THAT. THEY DUDE WAS SAYING HOW HE DON'T KNOW Y THEY DO THAT TO ME YEA LIKE HE REALLY CARED. I SAID HOW CAN YOU ALL CALL SOMEONE AND TELL THEM THEY HAVE A LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM WHEN YOU ALL NEVER GAVE THEM A CHANCE TO SPEND THE MONEY OR TO PAY IT BACK IT DOESNT MAKE SENSE. I WILL BE CALLING A LAWYER ON THEY ASSES FOR HARASSING ME AND HE HUNG UP QUICK AND DIDN'T CALL BACK YET

They called me with June 20th. So 9 days apart. I Reported them to the attorney generals office. They advised me it is a scam, and if the harrassment continues to file a police report. Hopefully someone catches this dummy before he goes to far. He was really yelling at me and telling me i was going to jail with in 2 hours at 1pm. I stayed at work until 5pm and no office showed up to my place of employment so obviously they are trying to scare people into giving them money. Losers.
I had missed 3 calls from this number. It left a very threatening message stating that I hope you are safe and I need to call back ASAP. I called back and spoke to Mark Johnson alleged attorney advised me that i needed to provide my attorneys information for an off the record call. I advised why he would need this, he stated that i have a criminal offense against me . I asked him what is the offense. He stated that I owe Cash Advanced money. He did not advise me as to how much. I said I am sorry if I seem angry but I have no Cash Advanced Loan. He Stated That He is having the police go and pick me up. My Fellow Co-workers Heard all of this. I asked what his name was and who does he work for and he told me mark Johnson and he worked for Cash Advanced. Than hung up when I asked if he could tell me how much the loan was for, when it originated and which bank it went to.
