Scam message in spanish about receiving a discount on monthly electricity bill using solar. This is a scam to sale and over charge you for fake and bogus solar equipment.

call to land line multiple times from LA and never a message left. I just don't answer unknown calls. They are usually a scam or some sort of solar dealer.
