Called me claiming to be the irs, called himself daniel smith, demanding I say whether I wanted to settle out of court for back taxes, then threatened me with jail time if I decided to go to court. Asked for a manager and they put me on hold and never came back.

It's the "IRS filing suit against you" SCAM. Phone ID just says Los Angeles CA. Scam.

called and I asked their name ...was given Officer Antoinio Badge # 97110 asked what state they were calling from and was hung up on. I have reported them to the FBI Fruad divison for the IRS. These people need to go!
