This is a too-often repeated (and most likely scam) call, which seems to be working from a script. They start out asking "Is Holly there ?" (Occasionally a different name is used, but most often it has been 'Holly'.) When you reply that there is no such person there, they quickly start "Well maybe you can help me" and launch into their pitch. One time it's collecting for the benefit of the disabled, another time for something else. Over a 99 % chance it's all BS. I'm going to start answering "Holly died ! Didn't anyone tell you ?!", before I hang up on them.
