I answered once and heard the sounds of a lot of voices talking at the same time and a man with a distinctly foreign accent said "hallooo." I hung up. However, as expected, calls have continued.
I answered and told them I'm on Federal Do Not Call list and I don't have student loans. We will see if the calls stop.
