This number called our home phone last night, and when it went to the answering machine, there were 4 people having conversations at once - one voice was obviously a telemarketer, with other telemarketer voices in the background, but 2 other voices were answering their phones! These 2 voices were saying, "Hello? Hello? Who is this that is calling?" It was really weird.
