The message left was only boiler room noise. This is a telemarketer for home improvement services that never leaves a message.
A Google search shows that this number is a telemarketer for home improvement services. The only message I received this time was a live female voice saying "hello." Since my number is blocked, I called this number back, and all I ever get is the recording that says the "call cannot be completed."
The caller suggested that they had had a previous conversation with me regarding home repairs. Specifically, the caller proposed a new roof for my home.
Home improvement. A Google search shows that this number is used by a telemarketer making live, not pre-recorded calls. Since I screen all incoming calls, they always hang up when my answering machine answers. Sometimes my machine records boiler room noise for a few seconds.
