I received a call today from this number shows up as Yolanda Foster says need to contact before being served papers for a civil lawsuit it's for an old bill from more than 10 yrs ago and threatening to take personal property for a few hundred bucks says they sent certified papers 45 days ago. liar. provided an 877 number and a file number but they just try to get you to give bank information. not happening.

ME: THIS SOUNDS LIKE A CROCK OF SH*T TO ME
WOMAN: LAUGHED AND REPEATED WHAT I SAID TO OTHERS IN THE ROOM AND SAID OH BUT IM GONNA CALL YOU BACK 3 OR 4 MORE TIMES HAHAHA
AND I HUNG UP AND SHE NEVER CALLED BACK

I got a call from this number while I was driving so I declined the call. I tried calling the number back once I was off the road and I got a recorded message "This Magic Jack Number is not taking this call".

Called from this number and came up on caller ID as Yolanda Foster. First call was a hang up, second call was a rude woman.......something about court papers. blocked that number.

Call me ask will I be hold to accept some court paper and I have been to court for anything. I have been getting call from this for two weeks. This first time I answer the phone they didn't say anything so I hang up. They call back about 5 minutes later and ask about the court paper.
