For a couple of months now I have been getting live calls from people selling home remodeling and they are calling me from different phone numbers. I use to hang up on them but before to do so I request them to stop calling me.

The man called me by my first name and said he was calling about painting the trim on our house. I said we didn't speak with anyone or schedule work at the house. he argued with me and said " come on, your house looks like Sanford and Son" I said how do you know how our house looks? He said because I live in the area. I told him we have no money to have work done and to please stop calling. I told him we are on the do not call list. He said , "OK, I won't call you anymore. " and he hung up. Today, he called again on Aug. 19; 2013 at 12:28 P.M. and hung up on the answering machine. on, Aug. 16, 2013 when I answered and talked to him, he said his name was Rocky. It sounds like the same man who called before and said he was coming over to re-pave our driveway. He had our address and my first name. I am a senior citizen and caregiver for my grandchild. I don't have time for this nonsense.

Said he was our "local contractor"
