Same here, threatening legal action, I am a federal employee, never not file. Its so sad, they will get some elderly person and scam them out of their money. Need to be found and prosecuted....

Name claimed to be mickey /Nickey johnson
They just called me twice so I called back and they are saying I didn't file taxes for 4 years and that I owe them money. I told they I was retired and didn't have to file, he said but you get pension. I said no I didn't and be hung up.
