Same thing happen to me, Mike Johnson said there is a warrant out for arrest, for errors in my tax return and for not responding to any of the mail sent out. which I never received. same phone number 323-729-3658, when he asked how did I do my tax return, by mail or electronically? and did I do it my self or use an accountant? I said if you are from the treasury department and you seen my tax returns, why are you asking that question, you obviously seen it on my tax return? I said this is starting to sound like a scam, then he asked me to hold and never came back to answer the phone. so I hung up. He had an foreign accent and there was a lot of background noise.

My mother received this call, do not answer, this is a scam phone call, this caller claimed to be a Mike Johnson, with a slight accent, possible middle eastern, and claimed that she was going to be arrested for Tax Evasion, he wanted a very specific dollar amount and would take a check, or someone would be there in 45 minutes to arrest, absolutely ridiculous, she hung up, he called 4 to 5 times and left several messages, my mother called the police to report this crime, as she felt unsafe, DO NOT take these calls and do not give them any of your information!

Said we needed to call back to avoid federal prosecution
