Yep. Totally scammers. As other people have noted, the DNC list does nothing. I filed a complaint with the FCC after receiving over 50 calls from the same caller on my cell. Clearly, two laws were violated. The FCC wrote me back saying that they "did not investigate this sort of call." I wrote them back and basically said – "if you don't investigate them, who does?" They replied by sending the same form letter they sent before stating they "did not investigate this sort of call." Where next to seek recourse? The Attorney General, perhaps? Blocking it did no good, they simply spoofed another number. Between my landline and my cell, I am getting literally hundreds of these calls a month, and I am sick and tired of living in fear of my phone. And I I am pissed the government will do nothing, not even respond to these flagrant breaches of federal law.

George Saufley caller called twice today used different numbers. Claimed to be the Democratic party. Wanted a $250,00 contribution on my credit card. I got suspicious with all the other posts on these numbers out there. Seems to me like the DNC possibly the FCC has a lot of work to do.

Complete scam. They went on and on about credit reduction. I looked up the number and the State of Texas has a post online about this scam service. Do not provide any information.

IRS scam

Caller wanted me to type in Web address into the RUN Command field. Complete scam to remote access your PC or MAC!

Tech support, scam tried to get me to type an address in Safari, www. support.me

Los Angeles CA shows on caller id

Called my work saying they were tech support for my computer, wanted me to type a web address into my Safari address bar. www.support.me. I did not type it in and then hung up.
I didn't call tech support and our tech support is local and has no middle eastern accent.

A male caller called my phone 2 days in a row and left a message on my phone answering machine both times.
The message: "This is an officer of the IRS, this is your final notice, if you don't call a lawsuit against you will be
instituted, call this number immediately......." on June 30, 2016 the caller left the number to call
(510) 443-0044,on July 1, 2016 the caller left the number (646) 630-8997.

However my caller I.D. showed he called from (323) 741-3873
