I received a call he said his name was Kevin Foster but did not sound american. Called me at work, said I had 3 felony charges and I would be served by an officer at work tomorrow. I attempted to get information as he said I took out a cash advance from Cash Advance America but he would not give me any information, tried to call back several times and phone wouldn't even ring. Called a little later he answered and proceeded to put me on hold with horrible music and never picked up. Called again and no ring.
Some illiterate fraudster called from this phone and named himself Mark Robinson. Threatening with arrest on unnamed felony charges he started to insult me when I insisted on his pronouncing the name of law firm he claimed to represent. He speakes with slight Latino accent.

I just retrieved a phone message at work with the same situation of this "illiterate fraudster" calling me from this same exact phone number and stating his name to be Mark Robinson. I do agree he sounds like a man from the middle east because he had such thick accent. However, how did he get my work phone number and left a message saying I had 3 major felony charges and if I don't speak with him he will have the police to come arrest me. I agree with Tatiana; I am an upstanding citizen to be harass by someone in which I called back several times and the number appears not to be in service or is not connecting. I truly believe this is a scam because I have NO pending law suit up against me. What can I do to stop them from calling me here? They need to be caught!
says his name was officer david jones and that he had an arrest warrant for me. then proceeded to say that if i come up with a certain amount of money and send it by greendot they would hold the warrant
he says hes got a package for me. but he wont tell me
Harrasing calls threatening to have arrest on three felony counts will send police to arrest.
