I just got a call from this number but let it go to voice message...they did not leave a message...I am very suspicious of the caller ID from this number as it says "card services" which conveniently mocks the real name for card services... I think this is a scam and they need to be shut down..lots of elderly folks would answer and prob. end up giving them info about their credit card, etc.

They want to lower my credit card rate.
These people have called hundreds of times and I've never taken them up on their offer. They just don't get the message. But I do....again and again and again. Please, someone, make them stop calling.
