We are on the national no call list and it is an illegal Robocall, I reported it to the FTC.

John from Horizons Unlimited on a recorded line. Can you hear me ok? Asked about furthering my education. Told him I wasn't interested. Told them to take me off the list and hung up. Saw from other postings that it is a SCAM.

Warning the recording says that its "this is John from Horizons Unlimited on a recorded line" then he ask “can hear me ok"? .. Hmm… Don’t say yes it may be a scam. Just Block them.
