I am on my State & Fed "Do Not Call" Registries which are both a waste of taxpayer dollars ………

SCAM ALERT BEWARE: CRIMINALS - Credit card scam, interest rate scam - Received unsolicited call. Criminals looking for gullible victims. Old scam to get personal information and Credit Card info. NOTE: Hang up calls are a result of the operator being on the line with another person. The auto dialer hangs up and dials the next number until a operator is available.
This appears to be a mass-caller

Bullshit about credit card rate change.
ID says "CONSUMER ASSIST"
Area code shows IL as point of origin.
Reported number to FTC and FCC (for all the damn good that never seems to do).
