These people are fake legal firms and scamming anyone naive enough to go through with their ploy. If anyone will talk to them and get as much information as possible then share it here, with the FTC and American BAR these calls can come to a halt.

I called the # back from my cell phone. Recording identified the speaker as Christina Thompson with the Thompson Group, and that they provide jobs from home.

calls first with this Number I do not pick up then calls back in EXACTLY 15 Minutes but Number not showing only comes up UNKNOWN have done this Every day for 5 days straight about the same time ever day

CALLER REPRESENTED HIMSELF AS A "HELPER" TO NOTIFY ME THAT THE THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE WAS SOON TO COME AND LOCK ME UP FOR FAILURE TO FILE MY INCOME TAX FORM FOR PRIOR YEARS, AND FILE A LIEN FOR UNPAID TAXES AND FINES FOR OVER $4.000.00. HE COULD NOT ANSWER MY QUESTION AS TO WHY I HAD NOT BEEN NOTIFIED BY MAIL THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM. HE RESPONDED THAT A REPRESENTATIVE ATTEMPTED A VISIT LAST DECEMBER AND NOONE WAS HOME. I GUESS HE WAS ATTEMPTING A "HIT" ON ME SINCE I AM WELL OVER 80 YEARS OLD, AND WILL REPORT THIS TO "BBB" AND A VISIT TO THE NEAREST IRS OFFICE.. THE CALLER HAD A STRONG FOREIGN ACCENT.
