The name on the caller ID was Public Service but when I answered it nothing was said on the line.So Idk what it is.I called it back and it had a recording that asked if I wanted to be placed on a Do Not Call List to pick 1.I didnt know what to do since I dont know what it is.

Caller: Public Service is what it said so Idk what kind of call it is/was.
