They keep calling saying they have papers on me and they will file them. They call from different numbers.

THEY CALLING ME TOO, REALLY PEOPLE I KNOW YOU HAVE TO PAY YOUR BILLS TOO BUT REALLY IS IT THAT SERIOUS, TO TRY THESE SCARE TACTICS................NOT GOING FOR IT............IDIOTS

They gave me a number and a file number to call and give them but when I call 334-557-7812 It says this is not a working number

Whoever they are, they crack me up!

Yes I had this call about a year ago now they have started back up this is a total phishing scam don't fall for it.

This callers claims i have a fraudulent charges pertaining to a payday loan. cashnet usa. I paid this off in 2012 and it is November 2015. Still getting calls. I told them to send me the papers I would love to see them in court.

This is a scam, get this call about every 2 weeks from various numbers about some random name and bogus case number. If you turn off your caller ID and call them they immediately try to intimidate you to get you to give out your personal information. Report their number and wait a few weeks to get the same call from a new number.

I keep getting calls from this number for a person I have never heard of, I have had this number for more than 12 years and I have never heard of the person they are leaving a message for, but they are claiming that they will be serving papers to someone's work or home.

I too have been getting this call, I know for a fact that "if" there was a complaint as they claim...they have to notify me by mail first to resolve the issue before that step...such a scam.

This number called today and I did not answer. Caller ID read: "Sterling Associates". The Voicemail also stated the same thing others have said they heard. In the first place, any legal document is going to be served by a Constable or Legitimate Process Server. They will not call in advance--they just show up. I imagine this is the same scam outfit that's been calling from many different numbers throughout the USA. I'm glad I invested in a phone that actually blocks the scammers from getting through. When will these people ever get their own day in court??? *Sigh*.

I keep getting the same call about a claim against me. I am deaf but my voice mail transcribed it into a message. Who are they? Why can't I be left alone.
