1/10/18 ROBIN Y BLAKELY IS MAKING HARASSMENT CALLS FROM 510-734-3710, while HIDING BEHIND RANDOM NUMBERS

This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and yet further by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line. Their recording states that the victim has been selected to make in excess of $20,000 per week in commissions for using the scammer's completely automated marketing scheme. This is clearly a pyramid scam as there is no mention of or reference to any product or service, just the massive revenues with no effort. Do not provide this scammer with any personal information.
