I don't know who this is. They should not be calling my phone I do not have any freaking credit cards. I would appreciate it if you make sure these losers don't call me no more.

The call warned that this was my "last notice" that I was eligible for a lower interest rate on my credit card. The message invited me to press 1 to speak to someone about it, which I did. The man who answered was clearly foreign (probably Indian) and asked for my credit card information. When I asked more specific questions about where he was calling from, he hung up.
