labcorp has your number in error. they are trying to send lab results. it is legit but a mistake to have your number if you are not wanting your lab report.

Called at 3:00 am, 3:04 am, and again at 3:08 am. Of course, at that hour it woke me up. Phone display said LabCorp. Sounded like a fax. I blocked the number and hope that takes care of it.
