States their name was David but sounded like an Indian female (maybe whe nshe picked her American name she did not know David is mostly associated with a male) calling on a recorded line from a very very noisy call center; aluminum shelter with lots of people. Yeah, I'm not the least bit disabled so this is bogus. I hung up.
