Recorded message saying a federal lawsuit has been filed against my name. I returned call and he identified himself as being with the IRS in Washington DC. Says I owe $6900. I have no reason to believe this is true. I told him to send me something in the mail. He said I should hire a criminal attorney and I hung up.
