Called, automated system stated a file has recently been placed in our office please press 1 to contact a representative to discuss your file. I pressed 1, lady said how can i help you, Me: hi you guys have some sort of file on me?, got placed on hold and hung up on. I called back and got hung up on after the 1st ring. Called again and a lady answered saying how can i help you. I told her about the hang ups and asked the business name, she: is this a business? ME: What is your business name? She: hung up.

A file in their office need my permission to open.
