bunch of people with thick accents in broken English claiming to work for US government "student loan department".
I called them back a few times to ascertain more info, they became confrontational on last call, wanted to know who I was, and where I was "really" calling from. then hung up. I called a 4th time, number had been disconnected.

Caller: first claimed student loans - then claimed to be furniture company, then student loans again
