received a call from this number said they were gonna serve papers for Regional?? Don't know them and I will not give my personal information. If it was valid I would have received something via mail.

Scammers - they keep calling and leaving a VM, asking for a person I don't know. Something about a police record, summons, delivery, etc. I block the number every time but then they call from a different number. This happens a couple times a month.
