They offered to lower my interest rate on my credit cards. They asked for my credit card # and for the credit card customer service phone #.

Promised lowering my credit card APR. These people had personal information on me. They collected *ALL* my credit card information. I'm a scientist with a graduate degree and they were able to fool me. I can't imagine what they will do to other people. The man I spoke with had a very very slight Caribbean or African accent, but sounded educated and was very well-spoken. I promptly cancelled my credit cards.
