They said they could lower the interest rate on my credit cards and when I asked what card it was for they hung up. Every time I've tried to tell them not to call me they've hung up before I could.

The prerecorded message stated that the call was concerning my current credit card and that this would be my last offer to lower my interest rate - they have been calling for over 2 years regardless of my not having a credit card.

Press 1 for information on reducing your credit card rates but they don't mention what type of card in the message. I went ahead and pressed 1 and a live voice came on asking if I am calling about reducing my credit card interest rate. I have had numerous calls from various numbers with this same routine, I have politely told them to take me off their list but they just hang up. This time when he asked I said "No, I am calling about the fact that you need to quit calling my number". There was no response and he just hanged up. There are hundred of complaints associated with this number, can you do something about these criminals or am I and hundreds of others just wasting our time filling out these complaint forms? Please get these crooks and build more prisons to house them if you need to.

Get me out of credit debt. I do not have the other times this number has called me. It has been quite a bit. And they won't let me opt out of call when i call back. they say they need to know how much debt i am in. when i say i won't give that to them.. they hang up on me.

They simply say they are from 'CARD SERVICES' and they want to help lower your credit card rate...I DON'T EVEN HAVE A CREDIT CARD! These people are very harrassing. They have called, and I have turned them into the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY at least 4 times before. What can I do to get them to STOP calling me. After the message completes, it says 'PRESS 1 TO SPEAK TO A REPRESENTATIVE' so I always do, and I politly ask them to STOP CALLING ME, but they hang up on me and continue to call.
