It says "That I qualify for lower rates on my credit cards", but doesn't mention who they are beyond "Card Services". As soon as I ask them who they are, they hang up. When I tell them not to call me and remove my number from their database, they hang up. It's a fraudulent phishing scam.

The pre-recorded the live person which credit card company they represented. They said "various" credit card companies. I asked to speak with the person's supervisor twice. The live person then disconnected the call.

They indicate that there is no problem with my credit card information but that they can reduce my debt. You press 1 go on hold and then a person answers. When you ask to be removed from the list or ask any questions they hang up.
