Credit card refinancing telemarketer.

This call was received on my cell phone at 3:09 PM on 9/7/11, in the form of a recorded message to transfer balances or lower interest rate on a credit card. The message indicated to press "1" if I wanted to speak to an operator. Upon doing so, a female with some unknown foreign accent picked up the call. I asked her what this was all about. At that point, this person acted frustrated and hung up on me. This call has "scam" written all over it. I did not divulge any personal information. I re-added both my cell and land line numbers to the National Do Not Call Registry. I also filed a complaint with them regarding this phone call.

They tell you that there is no problem with your card but not what card, then try to sell you another credit card.

SCAM credit card caller with "urgent" message, FAKE. I am on Do Not Call too. Very frustrating. Called at 9am. The phone company issued these numbers, they should be able to FINE them for each call. They wouldn't think twice about charging us extra for any little thing, they should charge them a $1000 fine for EACH CALL they make.
