This guy keeps calling my work claiming to be Officer Ronnie Jackson. He is very rude & threatening to me & my empoyer. Claims he has a lawsuit against me, he sounds like he is Jamacian. What can I do to stop this? I have gone as far as to close my checking account because he has my personal information. Take my advice do not ever apply for a payday loan online!!!

This guy calls where I work (at a hospital) in orlando and asks for one of our employees by name. Thick Indian accent, very nasty, rude, and obnoxious. He calls and fill up all my available lines, even now he is calling to talk to the hospital supervisor, and he threatens to continue to harrass us until we get a 'good' number for this employee (which we will not give him). This guy has got to stop. If anyone can take care of this situation please give me this info! Thanks.

Received 5 calls back to back on my cell phone and 2 calls at work from "" Ronnie Jackson"" who left messages. Male with a very thick indian or middle east accent. stating he was from the legal dept. of BCS. Requesting I call him back immediately at 347-286-7145. He identified me by my name and SSN with last 4 digits. That I a primary suspect in this case with my 3 allegations against me. It is important that I call or have my attorney call.

This heavy accented man said his name is Officer Kevin Miller is calling me saying there is a lawsuit filed against me. He continually calls my cell phone and calls me at work. I have reported this to the Federal Trade Commission. Threatening to call my employer. Have asked him repeatedly not to call me at work or cell. Ignores me and said he will keep calling.
