Yes, this guy said he was with the IRS, and threatened to have me arrested. He has an accent and he is really stupid. He was trying to convince me he is an officer and giving me faked badge number and faked name. But I realized he is scamming and trying to steal my money with using his stupid scam and an idiot idea by pretending he is from IRS.

Scammers pretending to be the IRS. The IRS will never call you to demand immediate payment, especially at 3:45 in the morning!
