I had a missed call on my cell phone from this number, then my manager came and told me I had a phone call and told me to be careful because he thought it was a scam. So I took the call and a man with a heavy Indian accent asked me to take down a case number and he would transfer me to his supervisor. I asked him what this was about and he said I can't tell you but my supervisor can. So I played along and took down the number after a long amount of arguing why I needed a case number. The "supervisor" picked up the phone and told me I owed this company money for a loan. I said I don't have a loan from anywhere. He said he is a collector for the company that deposited money into my account and I was committing fraud lying saying I didn't and refusing to pay it back. I told him he was full of it. He proceeded to threaten me saying he would take me to court and I asked him if he wanted my lawyers phone number. And he said why should I call your lawyer?! I said I'll have him call you then. He then began to threaten me more. He told me he had my soc number and my bank account info as well as personal info. I asked him to read off my soc and he did. 100% correct. I was furious. He told me he could withdraw money from my bank account at anytime since he had the information. And I told him do it, I'll sue you. He then said I can't because that is illegal. I then told him this was a scam because I do NOT owe anyone money. He then got mad and told me you think this is a scam?! You just wait and see what happens to your soc number. You will be ruined. And hung up. I contacted the local police. I then called the company back and asked for the supervisor again and asked for the phone number of the company I owed money to and he changed the name of the company AGAIN! I told him he had said a different name before an he said no! Then proceeded to ignore giving me the phone number because his company will be the one taking payment not them. After refusing to give me the phone number several times later and another company name later, I told him "you need to remove my information from your files because I have contacted the local authorities and told them you are a scammer and have my personal information. If you proceed to call and harass me, I will take action against you. Especially since you are threatening my soc number." And he hung up, haven't received a call since.

I just got the SAME email!! I have no idea who these people are. I got a cash advance three years ago and it has been paid back IN FULL shortly after I received it. Ever since then, I have been getting harrassing phone calls and now emails. Where does this stop and how do we get to these people so this doesn't happen anymore? When I first started getting the phone calls, I GAVE THEM MONEY!!! I believed the threats of them coming to my work and arresting me. Foolishly, when I got this email this morning, I still second guessed myself. THANK GOD I googled the number and found this website. Someone needs to find these people and put an end to it all.
Holy Crap....This sounds just like me....how the hell do you get them to stop and where are they getting all this information.
This number called me about 4months ago saying that I owed Advance Finance Company and that I got the money and never paid them back. I informed them that I never recieved anything from this so called company and that they need to stop calling my number, the foregion man kept stating that his manager wanted to talk to me cause they did not want this to go to court and cause me thousands of dollars, I told his manger I never got anything from them and let him know I had all my bank records to prove every thing the manager said ok and hung up. Know here it is Jan. and they where calling my phone from a number 0000 and when I answered cause they kept calling me back to back and I told them they had the wrong number and they started calling my job. Them called my job about 12 times and spoke to every rep. in the office calling them a lie when they told them I was not at my desk could they take a message they refused to leave message the gentelman never left his name then when I got on the phone he was screaming and caring on threating me with a lawsuit that I need to pay informed him that he was being very unproffessional and needed to stop calling my job mr sd that they would not until I resolved the matter and asked to speak to his manager a Kelly he got on the phone and he tried the same thing about I needed to pay them that I owed them told him I dont owe anybody anything and I had my bank records to prove It and if he wanted to take it further to go ahead, Kelly just said ok and hung the phone up. And they stop calling my job but when I kept hanging up on them and they kept calling that was real embarrassing at my job.

I have been getting this call since Friday and they keep asking for a Jeff and there isn't any Jeff in my family and my husband got on the phone with them also and told them to leave us alone. They are very hard to understand and very unnerving and would love for this to stop. They even leave me messages on my cell phone. I want these people caught/prosecuted!!
