Wanted to set up a time for a process server to come so they could get a signature. She was very surprised that I didn’t want any information about the lawsuit against me, which she said was from Gardner Law Firm.

Total Scam!!
Female with a middle eastern accent claiming she was from a process server company and wanted to know what would be the best time to come and serve me because it requires a signature. I asked what address she had to make sure they came to the correct place and it was my old address. I also told her that I had never heard of a process server calling the person before to verify that they were going to be home and to ask what time they could come by. She had no answer to this and just said that the process server would see me later. LoL! People will try anything for a scam.
