that William metzer owed money, which I am not him, told them to removed my number the man said he will continue to call me, I told him I would report to fcc, he asked me for my manager, I identified my self as safety director for abate, Im the manager, he repeated said he would call me back. and once more asked for my manager. told him this was a cell phone, and asked him to hang up he refused to hang up, he wasted over 8 mins of my cell time, I repeated told him who I was and not William metzer, and to remove my number he said he would contuine to call me, I informed him that would be harriasment, and would be reported to fcc. he refused to hang up and said he would keep calling me after I repeated to ask to remove my number off this list. he after over 8 mins hung up.
