A person at this number has called alot of times. He has said that there is a warrent out for my arrest. They are going to go thru my job to arrest me. For a payday loan which I have payed back. He wants that info. I don't think that I should give it to him. This is not correct as it is and he doesn't need any more info on me
Received a call from a Mike Stone with the New York Police Department of 347-377-7717 stating I had a loan with Cash Advance USA & I had 3 complaints against me. He called my work number twice. I called back on my cell phone number and told them not to call me at my work number. I asked for verification of whom he was and he said hsomeone would be calling me. I asked why he had a foreign accent and not an American accent...he could not answer that question. I did not offer to give him any answers.
This person has been calling my company for the past month and is trying to get in touch with one of the employees, he has cursed me out terribly, but I am time enough for him. He has stated that he was from the New York Police Department and that a warrant has been issued for the employee. Not only that, he calls this office at least 50 times a day. I have filed a complaint against him with Federal Trade Commission.
I received a call from a person stating his name as Raymond Kelly of the NYPD to both my home and cell phone numbers (no msg left on the land line tho); he said that I had taken out a cash advance & that he was in the process of issuing paperwork for an arrest warrent for me at my place of work and they would respond in black & white with a termination of employment letter; said I needed to call him back asap to settle things. My email address had been hacked some time ago & this is probably a result of that so...My daughter is a collector, she & one of the mgrs did some checking & found out that Raymond Kelly is the police commissioner in NY! The mgr called the impersonator & gave him what for, also filed a complaint on my behalf in NY. Spoke with Det. McFarland, gave him the information & they are looking into these cases. You can call the 24hr line 212-741-8401 with your contact information and someone will call you back. Also call the hotline at 718-330-1805 for information
They have threaten me and my family and work place. Some thing has to be done with them. This is not funny anymore. They will not give me any information at all. This needes to stip.
