I have been getting phone calls from this number as well as different numbers both on my cell phone and my office line. Is there a way that this can be halted? I am so tired of these people that I don't know what to do.

"Tony" started calling 5 months ago asking for "Kita" inregards to my sister "Clory" and a check fraud case out of Brooklyn County....he just called again today but now "Kita has a case pending regarding check fraud against her social security number and despite his numberous attempts to send mailings to my addres he has NOT received a response"....first off that is neither my nor my sister's name....he can not prounce our actualy names and his english if you can call it that sucks. i'm adding him to my call block and going about my business.

i recived a call form that same jack as% telling me that if I did not have my atterny call him he would have me aristed i found it alarming that he had my ssn on file i called the federal trade commision the fbi and the atterny general now that i knpw that this is a scam i gonna have a little fun with ethe next time they call.

TheThis is the second time they have tried this on me. The first time I almost thought they were serious until the guy(definately middle eastern), told me he was gonna throw me in the box! lol!
So this time I called them back did a little B.S.ing myself. The guy said he was sending the police to my house so I told him that they better bring lots of ammo cause I had lots and I wasn't going peacefully LOL! I told him if they did come here that I would hunt him down, cut his nutz off and shove them down his throat and take pictures LOL!
Oh well, might as well have some fun with them I guess cause apparently not even the Attorney General of New York can stop them and nobody seems to care anyway

VERY DECEPTIVE! I got this call ON MY CELL PHONE and on the caller ID it said 911. So of course it made me nervous, and they asked if I was a family member of "insert name here" which I am. I thought they were dead, and instead they are just trying to reach him to collect money. Same story.... mid-eastern accent, NY County Court. This should be illegal!

i received a call today from 13474165112 saying they're calling from a NY sheriff office. He said his name was David Cooper from Morgan's law firm. Middle Eastern accent. I got very suspicious when he asked me to confirm my social security number. I asked him for his office number to call back, and he gave me this number.. The call came in from 911 - Emergency number. HE said that there was a warrant out for my arrest and wondered if I have an attorney. These people are out of control with their scam. I am going to place a report with the police. they've called me several times.

A spam call from so called attorney Paul White calling from financial crime division out of a new york court office.He said because i havent been able to get ahold of him or my attorney to get ahold of him that he was going to have a local county sheriff come by for me for verification and he was going to have my credit score reflected as bad credit. Middle Eastern accent like all spam calls that I receive. From callers coast to coast I have gotten threatning calls from spam companies like this one.
