Don McCloud repeatedly calling me and my job leaving threating messages at work. Have no clue who this is and cannot call them back or leave them a message. States he is with New York Law Department, looked up the number and it is listed for St. Louis, Missouri. I have never been to New York or St. Louis, Missouri. I believe these people are scammers. They said I needed to have my attorney call them or else whatever falls on me I will have to take. Who are these people and how did they get my cell phone and work phone numbers?

man with heavy accent called me 3 times telling me I took out a loan - which I did not. he quoted part of bank account number which was not mine and when I threatened to report him he would not tell me anymore info and just hung up after saying the police would be picking me up. what a scam!
