I couldnt help but laugh. Irs doesnt call you. Especially on a cell phone number. They do it all in writing.
Got the same stupid message. Irs doesn't file lawsuits. and they certainly wouldn't give notice of intent to sue by phone message. That would be in writing just as everything they do. SCAMMMM
